Product returns & exchanges
We at Generous Apparel understand that sometimes thing may not work out the way you expected - you may have chosen an incorrect size selection or in extreme cases a product may arrive damaged from shipping. Thats ok, we can work it out!
As we currently print and ship each tshirt to order, we ask that you please take care when choosing your size. There is a sizing chart for each shirt and it can be accessed by clicking the pic on each shirt page.
If you find the item does not fit, you could consider upping the Generosity and 'gifting' the shirt to someone it will fit. Alternatively, please see our returns process below.
You may return an item up to 14 days after delivery for an exchange for the same shirt of another size or a different shirt or credit for up to 3 months. Some conditions that do apply:
Shirts must be free of damage, unused, unwashed and still be in the original packaging. Items returned contrary to this will not be accepted.
We will exchange the shirt for a shirt of equal or lesser value. Lesser value may be donated to your cause or we can keep this as retained credit for up to 3 months towards your next purchase.
Shipping costs each way will be at your cost.
Sale, discontinued lines or other promo items may not be returned or exchanged.
If you need to return an item please drop us an email to email@example.com with the following information;
Order Number (found on your receipt)
Brief explanation of why you are returning the item.
The product name, colour and size of the replacement shirt you would like.
We will then ask you to send the shirt back to us- along with a copy of our correspondence - please don't forget to include another pre-paid self addressed Australia Post Satchel so we can put your new shirt in it and get your new shirt back to you asap!
The replacement shirt process gets underway as soon as we receive the returned item and confirm the conditions of this policy are met.
