It's that time of year again ... and it will soon be over. The food and fun and family and craziness will be over soon. But whether you still have yet to go out to buy that last minute Christmas present or you've done all your prep and now you get to chillax, may you find 5 minutes today to sit with a warm cup of eggnog, a cold cup of water, or a cup of your favourite brew and may you simply allow yourself to be ... not do ... BE!
