FREE Shipping is available with any purchase on our website of 2 or more T-Shirts, or with a purchase that exceeds $50. While some stores offer free shipping on all items, we are committed to ensuring we can be a sustainable business to support our charity partners as much as we can. And frankly, we still only charge $5 shipping for the first item and $1 afterwards for each item. We hope you understand, and if not, please feel free to email us at generousapparel@gmail.com

Our shipping times vary, depending on the colour of shirt ordered and where you are located. As a rule of thumb:

Black and White shirts can be printed within 3 working days, as we hold these colours in stock. Most coloured shirts are either in stock or can be sourced within 2-4 business days.

Otherwise, 3 - 7 working days depending on stock availability, plus shipping time. 

We ship via Regular Australia Post which for metro areas takes 2-5 Business days - Tracking Included

We can ship via Express Post - Australia Post which will usually arrive within 1 Business days to metro areas - Tracking Included. Just choose your shipping preference at the Checkout.

So to make the mud a bit clearer ... from you ordering your shirt with coffee in hand to wearing it for the first time, rule of thumb is within 2 weeks. If you have not received it within that time, or you are having troubles with tracking your item, please just send us an email and we'll help track it down for you - generousapparel@gmail.com

We do ... provided that a few basic conditions are met:

1. The time frame of within 14 days of delivery is met

2. The item is being exchanged for the same shirt of another size or a different shirt or credit for up to 3 months

3. Shirts must be free of damage, unused, unwashed and still be in the original packaging. Items returned contrary to this will not be accepted.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged item, please email us at generousapparel@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and order number and we will aim to rectify the situation as soon as we can.
